First Aid & Workplace Accidents

A quick and timely response to an audience member or worker who is injured or becomes suddenly ill could mean the difference between life and death, or the avoidance of worsened injury.

The following forms will assist you in understanding basic First Aid treatment in a theatre, and provide you with the means of reporting First Aid treatment and accidents in the workplace.

Requirements of First Aid Kits (PDF file)
This is a summary of the requirements for First Aid kits (5 workers or less and 5 to 15 workers).

This chart can be kept in a First Aid kit, and details which materials were used from the kit (and why they were used).

Workplace Accident Report (PDF file)
This simple form can be used in all areas of the theatre to record worker accidents in the workplace.
