Now What? The Care Package

Theatre Ontario's Youth Advisory Committee is proud to offer a resource package to provide emerging artists with as many tools as possible as they begin their professional careers! We have put everything in one place - bookmark the whole Care Package in your browser or add its links to your own folders. It is presented as a Google Doc and we think of it as a living document - we are updating it and adding to it all the time.

In the Care Package you can jump to whichever section interests you: Emerging Artist Programs, Getting Cast, Workshops, Discounted Theatre Tickets, Events, Jobs in Culture, Online Community, Facebook Groups, or Other Resources.

Some highlights include: the TAPA Blog - your new best friend and a great way to stay on top of audition listings, job postings, and upcoming events. Sign up to be a Canadian Stage RBC Emerging Artist and get access to some awesome free workshops and the weekly Relay newsletter. Meet new people in the theatre community and work your acting chops with The Howland Company Reading Group each month. Learn about discount ticket options for young patrons at Canadian Stage, Soulpepper, Tarragon, and the Stratford Festival. Hear from leading artistic voices under the age of 30 every other Monday night at the Theatre Centre with Dark Nights.
